FEBRUARY FAVOURITES
Everything is best about February... Not just because it's my bday month, okay it plays a little but they are plenty great things happening in February.
First of all, it's the shortest month of the year. After spending the previous month in the excitement, anticipation, and happiness of the New Year, the month of February is ideal to set and work towards your goals.
February is the perfect equation: work less make more. You have fewer days at work and still, have the same salary.
In February the days are getting longer, the evenings lighter and before you know it will be spring already! Yeah! Also, Valentine's day is an excuse for getting chocolates right after Christmas.
February is also important, we celebrate our heritage and our culture. Black History Month is a way to acknowledge our history, teach and educate people about the contributions and inventions of Black people around the world.

EVERNOTE
Working on several projects and being a student at the same time I need a productive tool that will help me organized my life. Evernote is a complete and detailed platform. Before I used to organize my trips and list my goals and wish list. Now I also schedule my days and track my work sessions. This app includes many templates and supports documents, audios, images that allow you to plan and organize your life in one place. There is a paid and a non-paid version. Personally, I am very satisfied with the non-paying version.
What I like…
Organization porn: I can create notebooks and files, saved searches, images, hyperlinks. It syncs up with all my devices so I have access to this app on my laptop, phone or Ipad and I can basically work from anywhere. Plus it has an unlimited storage capacity.
DRUNK ELEPHANT B-HYDRA
I received a sample from Sephora and I liked the product so much that I bought the travel size first then the full size. I am hooked to this product! B-Hydra Intensive Hydration is a serum that hydrates the skin. I use it every day and night with a combination of other serums then I follow with a face oil or a moisturizer. During summer I use this serum alone as a moisturizer. But if you have a dry skin it will definitely not be enough hydration. I have purchased other Drunk Elephant's products and this one is by far my favorite and the most effective for my skin.
What I love…
I love the gel-like texture. It feels very nice on my skin, almost has a cooling sensation. I hate when products leak in the bag but this packaging is well designed which makes it travel-friendly.
THE HOOKUP PLAN
My sister recommended this serie on Netflix! The Hookup Plan (Plan Coeur in french) is the story of a Parisian girl who cannot forget her ex. Her best friends secretly hires an escort boy to help her move on but the plan works a little too well . The storyline is light but the characters are relatable. I forced myself to not finish the entire season in one night to make the pleasure last a little longer. Perfect series to binged on a Sunday afternoon alone or with your girlfriends! By the way they just announced season 2 (yesss!)
What I love…
I like the diversity of the cast. It is well written and well executed, the characters are great and relatable. This Netflix series is proudly made in France and has nothing to envy americans ones like Friends, Insecure or Being Mary Jane which I like to watch but being French myself I was delighted to see the quality of this french series.
MOROCCAN RUG
I have been looking for the perfect rug for the past few months. I did not want to spend a lot of money on a rug but still want it to have a nice one. I had this Moroccan rug on mind for a month but never made the decision to actually buy it although I knew I loved it. I was super happy and excited when my boyfriend surprised me with it as a gift. The rug is even more beautiful in real life! I love it soooo much and as soon as I go to the living room I cannot help myself but stop for a moment to admire and touch it. I know I am a bit crazy but when I love something I'm obsessed with it!.
What I love…
The quality is great ! This rug is definitely my favourite piece in my living room. I am currently in the process of decorating my new home and this rug brings life to the room. The delivery is fast + there was no customs fees. It is the perfect rug to add a bohemian touch.
